Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your account and all associated data from Vouch, you can do so using any of the methods below. We will process your request within 24 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Method 1: Delete Account Through the App

Log in to your Vouch account on the web or mobile app

Navigate to your Profile page

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" button

Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion request

Type "DELETE" to confirm and submit your request

Method 2: Delete Account by Email

Send an email to support@vouchforthat.com.au with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your account email address
  • Your full name (as registered on your account)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data

I would like to request permanent deletion of my Vouch account and all associated data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following information:

  • Your account and profile information (name, email, username, phone number)
  • All posts and campaign submissions
  • TikTok and Instagram connection data (OAuth tokens)
  • Transaction and payment history
  • Wallet balance and withdrawal records
  • All uploaded images and content
  • Location and preference data

Deletion Timeline

Immediate Processing:

Your deletion request will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

Complete Deletion:

All data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Backup Removal:

Data will be removed from all backups and archives within the 30-day period.

Important Notes

⚠️ This action cannot be undone: Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data or reactivate your account.

Financial Records: Some financial records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes, as required by law.

Identity Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request to protect your account security.
